anti-Mouse Osteocalcin, (Goat) Immunohistochemical Grade

Goats were immunized with mouse osteocalcin. The resulting serum is lyophilized from a solution containing 0.1% sodium azide.

The antibody is specific for the intact molecule with the recognition site at the carboxyl terminal. Anti-Mouse Osteocalcin detects only mouse osteocalcin. It does not cross-react with human or bovine osteocalcin.

Cultured mouse osteoblasts (lightly fixed, 2% formaldehyde and permeabilized) have been labeled with this antibody (1:50-1:100) and FITC labeled. We would recommend that you titer the antibody (1:50-1:500) using your detection method (FITC, ABC peroxidase, etc).
