Endothelial Mitogen (ECGS)
Catalogue Number : BT-203
Alternate Names : EM; ECGS
Application Notes : EM (also known as endothelial cell growth supplement) stimulates and supports the growth of vascular endothelial cells and keratinocytes. Additionally, it is used to improve the growth and supplement and/or reduce serum levels in endothelial cell, Balb/c 3T3, and hybridoma cell cultures. Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Human Mammalian Vascular Endothelial Cells at concentrations of 0.1-0.3mg/mL of serum supplemented media 0.01-0.1mg with heparin. Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Hybridoma Cell Cloning at concentrations of 0.025-0.15mg/ml of serum supplemented media. Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Balb/C-3T3 Cells at concentrations of 0.2mg/mL of serum supplemented media.
