Ampliqon Taq DNA Polymerase Glycerol Free exhibits both a 5′?3’dA DNA polymerase and a 5′?3′ exonuclease activity. The 5′-3′ exonuclease activity leaves a 3′ overhang on the PCR product, which are convenient for direct T-A cloning.
