Ampliqon Taq DNA Polymerase Glycerol Free is developed for automation and freeze drying. It is provided in a glycerol free storage buffer and is well suited for automated routine PCR applications, or where accurate pipetting of small amounts is crucial. Ampliqon Taq DNA Polymerase Glycerol Free exhibits both a 5′?3’dA DNA polymerase and a 5′?3′ exonuclease activity. The 5′-3′ exonuclease activity leaves a 3′ overhang on the PCR product, which are convenient for direct T-A cloning. Taq DNA Polymerase Glycerol Free lacks 3′-5′ exonuclease activity and proofreading ability
